Charged regular price on happy hour drinks! Didn't accept the voucher for drink purchases. Manager never came to explain,which ruined the evening

Our waitress Valerie was outstanding. She polite and courteous and was ready to assist and to answer all of our questions. The lobster was great!!

Made reservation for 11 people; we were sat at different tables with a table separating us. I asked for the bill and the waitress did not include both tables in the bill. This was not satisfactory due to at no time was I inform of this.

It's a really nice place for small groups. The food was excellent to me and most of my companies. The waitress was very patience with us. I meant to leave extra tips other than what's already on the bill. Then I got sidetracked by the kids and kinda rushing out and to catch my flight. Our group was too large and many kids with us. I definitely will go back next time I'm in town.

It was a hole in a wall and it was crowded.The amountof food was great and the the taste. My husband ordered one dish and they brought him out the wrong one but being short on time he decided to just eat it, he loved and wants to back again to taste their other dishes. Our waitress was the worse ever we ordered water she forgot to bring it, we wanted to taste enchilada sauce she forgot to bring that, we needed lemons she forgot that. We had to remind her evertime and she always sounded like she heard it for the first time. She never refilled nor asked to refill our drinks.

The problem that always happens is that they don't bring out both our plates at the same time...always they bring one and then 10 minutes later the other..which makes it difficult when both people are hungry..they need to be better at coordinating when the food comes out and this time they brought us tortillas that were burned and hard.

Staff is poor in English. Menu is mostly in Spanish. We thought a seafood plate we ordered is fried, but it turns out that is exactly similar to a ceviche that we had already order.

The seafood is super fresh. The karaoke on Saturday night is enjoyable for both Spanish and English singers. Their prices are very reasonable.

My seafood dish had no flavor. My husbands breakfast dish had too much salt. He ordered a side of ham and it was sliced deli sandwich ham.

This second visit is better than last time because music wasn't as noisy. Still no improvement in their menu, all in Spanish. We could only rely on pictures to chose our dinner.

Lobster was absolutely amazing. Exceeded my expectations. Oysters are delicious and obviously fresh. Quality of all the food we ate was amazing. Restaurant is lovely especially the outdoor patio. Our waitress was very sweet and highly attentive. Can't wait to come back for happy hour.

Jasmine our server was excellent. I had the Cielo Tierra y Mar Molcajete. It was great. We are good customers. We had 3 beers, a Jamaica, a salad and an appetizer and left a nice tip. We will definitely come back, especially if they remain in Restaurant.Com.
