We gave our gift card to waiter(unfriendly) and asked him specifically if he or we needed anything else. He said no and then after our bill came he sent manager over to tell us they don’t participate any longer and we had to pay the full ticket without any discounts. Staff not pleasant at all, but food was ok.

food was good. cashier did not know how to process restaurant.com certificate. they instead did not charge me for one of the sandwiches.

The 2 cashier's were unaware how to redeem the gift certificate. It took a significant amount of time to get it redeemed. Everything else was good.
