Great food and Rose is a kick!

The food was horrible. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and the bread was stale and the roast beef had zero flavor. I had 3 bites of the sandwich and threw the rest away. The woman behind the counter was very distracted by the inappropriate soap opera that was on a tv hanging in the corner. And she was impatient with me because I didn't know the 'procedure' for ordering a sandwich since it was the first time I'd been there. I ordered several gift certificates through restaurant.com but will not go back, even though I haven't used all of them. I would rather forfeit the money I paid for them than go back and try their food again.

Good from previous diners on table throughout myMeal, cooler making very loud noises, floor cleaning machine in full view while I had my meal.
