Authentic food, excellent service, fun atmosphere. They have both the Spanish channels and English channels on the overhead TVs. I know it's authentic when I'm one of the few "gringos" there!

We were seated fairly quickly. The waitress took the time to answer all of our questions. The food came out quickly. No hassle using deal.

I love the Tres Hermanos restaurants, but this one on 6929 Van Nuys Blvd had terrible service. I'll continue going to Tres Hermanos, but never to this location ever again.

We came in at 3 pm and sat in a booth - the waitress came over right away, took our orders and the food came as ordered and was very good. Wonderful waitress. Ambient music was at the right level. We'll be back!

Can't beat $2 margaritas on Monday. This was my second visit to the restaurant and certainly not my last. There were a few small mistakes on tonight's trip, however, including the kitchen have run out of their sweet corn bread which is soooooo good. I do blame some of tonight's hiccups, though, on having my waitress go on break after the ordering process. I had no issues the first time I came to this restaurant other than the servers not being too observant when I run out of my drink or tortilla chips. I shouldn't have to always ask for more.

The place is clean and had a really good ambience. The service and the food are really good. The waitress went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I will definitely start dining at Los Tres Hermanos in Van Nuys more often.

The waitress was simply not listening to us when we placed our order. She would smile & say "Yes", but we ordered drinks to go and got regular glasses. She asked us if we wanted more chips, and we said, "Yes". she forgot and never brought the chips. we just gave up. We then gave her our coupon, and she did not apply it to the bill at the end of the meal. I then asked her to apply the $10 off and she returned with a bill that reflected 10% off instead??? After her theirs try, I had to contact the cashier and ask that they adjust the bill properly. Our waitress was simply clueless and half asleep. We honestly have never experienced this before with any other waitress at Tres Hermanos. Hopefully she will learn how to do her job with time:))

Very good Mexican food with good portions and inexpensive prices. They do not serve hard alcohol which is a negative if you are looking forward to a tequila margarita vs a wine margarita.
