You can try Chef’s world famous, “black forest chicken” his signature dish he presented to Gordon Ramsay. Also, his diver scallops which helped seal a big win for the blue team during a challenge. Chef Billy's team has developed an upscale casual dining concept right here, in the heart of Warrensburg , New York.
