The owner seemed to be the only one working. He was ringing up orders and making the food.

Very good corn beef reuben sandwich. French fries were good, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Large portion, good service.

Good atmosphere. Karen, our server, is always pleasant and provides service with a smile. She is definitely an asset and major reason we enjoy visiting Chives.

the server was great, very friendly and engaging, but the owner was a stick in the mud who really didn't make you feel welcomed at all. And the food was over priced and undersized.

Showing its age. You can tell this was once a classy place,but getting a little rough around the edges.Aged flooring,wood warping,trim arouns skylight coming loose to name a few.But the waitress was excellent(we were there for lunch)and the food quite good(Rueben was pretty good but a little overpriced(11.00....sandwich only,but stacked)compared to Jake's and others in Cleveland.

Great tasting food. The drink and desert menu is exquisite. There is a little fireplace in the dining room which adds even more atmosphere to the restaurant
