I had a TERRIBLE experience with LET'S CATERING. I hired a taco table and some appetizers for an event, and it was a total disaster. The food was cold, the arepas were hard and dry, and although everything looked nicely presented for a photo, the quality of the food was extremely disappointing. The guacamole turned black in less than 30 minutes after being placed on the table—something that has never happened to me with other providers. My guests couldn’t eat it, not even out of hunger. I had to order pizza last minute to save the night! All of this for nearly $900 USD. Honestly, I would have been better off ordering from Taco Bell, and even if the food had been good, the service did not match the price at all. Moreover, this was the second time I gave them a chance, and it was even worse than the first. On that occasion, I ordered a burger and hot dog table, and the staff set everything up without gloves, handling the food directly with their hands. I tried reaching out to the company during my event, and their response was that "everything was as it should be," without offering a discount or even an apology. I will DEFINITELY never use them again and DO NOT recommend them to anyone. If you value your money and your event, look for another option.
