Great staff, excellent cook, and owner ALWAYS on top of things (we have known her & enjoyed her restaurant both in Phoenix). She watched our boys grow up. PLUS, she feeds you (portions are big). You'll be happy you came here!

Great place to have a meal. We just go there for breakfast, but the menu looks good for all meals. They have great specials also with out coupons.

It was very busy when we got there and we would have had to wait a long time to sit all together at one table, so we sat separately in 2 adjacent booths. That part wasn't ideal, but overall the small inconvenience was worth it.

The food was great and our waitress kept the coffee cup full. The only issue was the wait for the food. It was 20 minutes from the time we ordered until the food came. We would come back here again.

Went to pay bill and was shocked to see them adjust prices upward because we used coupon. Never had this happen anywhere.I guess you have to ask on everything you order if it ok to use coupon.

The quality of the food was excellent, however, we were disappointed that the diner was Dicky on which countries were eligible to be used with the restaurants.com coupon. We also think that our portions were slightly smaller because we were using a coupon. We would probably go again.

The quality of the food in relation to the price was good, but wouldn't be without the certificate discount. They do have discounted breakfasts that are not available with coupons.

I expected a diner to have more of a home made taste. The cheese on my burger wasn't melted we saw the pie come out of a local grocery store box when being cut to serve. Food was ok but not any better than average.

coffee was lukewarm and even after telling the waitress about it, coffee poured was still lukewarm, asked for straws for 6, got one straw, never brought the rest of them. asked for more napkins, brought 4 for 6 people. cold syrup for French toast.

Lots of food. Great service. Biscuits were ok, they were better with gravy. For what we paid the meal was very good. Bacon was chewy.

Food was not good, meatloaf was burned and rye toast on club was hard to bite. When I asked for a few extra lemon slices, I was told it would cost us .25 cents per slice slice. My husband asked for extra gravy and was charged an additional .99 cents. Never again.

It wasn't very busy when we were there. The service was not at all up to par but the food was very good. Distracted waitress made for a less than wonderful experience for the first time visit from all four of us.

When I questioned the number of onion rings in my order, since I was charged extra for the substitution for fries, the waitress was checking with the cook--another employee who had joined a customer at the counter starts talking about me and the price of onion rings and basically making me feel moronic for asking and no one asked her opinion.

We had breakfast and the omelets were very good. The home fries were the best I have ever eaten. The waitress was extremely helpful and attentive and kept our coffee cups filled.

I ordered the veggie skillet and it was bland, even though I added pepper to it. Anytime I have ordered anything other than the $2.99 breakfast special, I have been disappointed either by the quality or the flavor of the food.

Very good breakfast. The hash brown potatoes were perfect. Large menu with many options. Not fancy, but great value for the prices. Lots of promotions. Waitress gave us a coupon for a free breakfast, lunch, or dinner with the purchase of one.
