We should done here more often. The food and service is always consistent. My favorite is the ahi tuna salad, wonderful!

This was our first visit to Allegro Bistro this year, and it was great! Our salads, entrees and beverages were great, and the service was excellent! We will return soon.

Mike the waiter was attentive, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. House wine was great, the bread they serve before the food is wonderful. Tiramisu was yummy!

Some meals good, some so-so. Spaghetti & meatballs had one one meatball. Shrimp on salad was burned. Fish dinner just okay. Meals took at least one hour to arrive. Waitress never came back to check on us. Too long to get the checks. Will give another chance, ambiance was lovely,

If service had been better, I would have given them a solid 4. Mike, our waiter, was busy leaning on a counter talking with another server, and waited too long to take our order. Then after the food was delivered he disappeared. My husband wanted more water during the meal but Mike was no where to be found. Finally, we had to signal another server that we needed our check and were ready to leave. She boxed the leftovers and took care of the check. As we were leaving Mike showed up and thanked us....too little too late. Food was good, but nothing exceptional.

The food was excellent with something for just about anyone. The ambiance was lovely with soft jazz playing in the background. We will be going back for one of the evening music sessions.

Food was terrible. Potato skins were so hard and burnt you couldn't cut through them with a fork and could only eat the potato, not the skin. They we're definitely not freshly made. Crab cake sandwich smelled terrible and fishy and sour almost, took one small bite and it was inedible, not sure if it was bad crab or mixed with something else, also was very mushy, like tuna fish. Server did not take it off the bill. When I asked to see a manager, he instead said he'd get me a free dessert. Also was annoyed I wanted friend mushrooms, which were on the menu as part of a friend munchie basket which came with clan strips, fries, etc and was told that I had to order the entire basket of friend food, couldn't have just mushrooms. Ber wasn't delivered, had to remind server. Asked for more napkins and never received. Just terrible meal out and was sorely disappointed.

Hennigans offers a wide variety of choices and I have always had excellent meals there. They are also very friendly and ensure a welcoming environment.

We had the ahi tuna salad and it was excellent. We also had a large pizza with several toppings and it was delicious. Dennis was our server and he was the best attentive, friendly, and courteous. Would definitely come back.

The decor seemed dated. We normally eat on the deck in the summer. We had the crab dip bowl. It was bland and the bowl was not crispy. The salad would have been better with mixed green rather then shredded iceburg. My prime rib was delicious but a little overcooked. My GF had the rib, chicken, shrimp combo. The ribs were excellent fall off the bone. The fried shrimp had zero flavor.

My entrée, one of the evening's features, was a chicken breast, pounded thin & encrusted with almonds and parmesan. It was about 5 1/2" in diameter and was served with my choice of a vegetable-California blend. The vegetables were overcooked enough that the colors were washed out and for $15.95, the chicken breast should have been much larger and/or thicker and included a potato of some sort. Extremely disappointed. The hostess did come over to us and asked how things were and when I told her I was disappointed in the size of the chicken, she said absolutely nothing and walked away. Not the usual food or the service we get at Hennigan's. Have eaten and bowled with the Blough family many times over the years, but never had an experience like that. On a good note, our server, Brandyn, was excellent and we ALWAYS have a good experience with him. My husband had chili and mozzarella sticks and they were fine. Unfortunately, this was a total waste of our Restaurant.com certificate.

The barbecued baby back ribs were cooked and then had the barbecue sauce put on top. My husband prefers the meat be marinated and then cooked. The flavor was just not there.

There were not a lot of entree's. The presentation wasn't as nice as the pictures portray the restaurant. Plastic table clothes, side sauces in plastic cups with lids verses ramekins. Instant mashed potatoes served with filet?? You could tell they were trying, but just missing the boat. Peanut butter and jelly burger? Restaurant needs and overhaul inside and a new menu!

The restaurant is nice. It would be nicer if they offered more bread and different salad dressings. The specials on the weekends are usually great choices. We love their grilled prime rib.

We waited 20 minutes for our waitress to come take our order. As I was grabbing my purse to leave a waitress from another section came over and made our night. She was fantastic! More than made up for the others neglect. Food was great too.

Crab cake was cold, small, and mushy. Salad was just chopped up lettuce with a small tomato and cuke. Chicken was not cooked enough smothered in cheap bbq sauce. Restaurant looked tired and needed a good cleaning.

It was pretty good, but I didn't like the fact that there was a significant upcharge for getting fries instead of chips with our meal and the waitress didn't tell us there would be. She just asked which we wanted like it didn't make a difference.

The atmosphere, the service and the entrée was fabulous. We both got the prime rib and it was amazing. My boyfriend likes his rare/medium and it came out perfect for him and I've never heard him rave how well it was and how it came out perfect anywhere else! Only thing not the greatest, was the side salads..all iceburg lettuce, 1 cherry tomato and a lot of croutons.. Salad could use some spicing up.

The food is excellent Italian food . All 3 meals were great. The restaurant decor and atmosphere is fancy, inviting and warm. The staff was excellent , especially our waiter Mike. He is an attribute to the restaurant . He is a professional . Will visit again very soon
